[FIXED] [GALLERY] Uploads Are Shown Multiple Times

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.158.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Men's Kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the gallery -> View any users catalog -> Scroll down -> Keep scrolling past the 1st load -> Uploads will duplicate with every scroll down -> Scroll down 7 times & the gallery will lock.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to view any users catalog the gallery will begin a duplication loop when trying to load new content. The duplication happens 6 times & on the 7th attempt gives up. You cannot scroll down any further at all. This happens when viewing my own gallery, viewing any other users galleries & when filtering by anything. Whether by households, lots, rooms or favorites. The duplication loop always happens once you scroll down & the gallery tries to load new results.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see more than 60 results when scrolling down in the gallery. As it stands right now my gallery reaches the 15 rows point & then begins to repeat. I expect to only see uploads once, for the incremental load to continue so I can view older uploads.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. PC: 1.98.127.1030 - Mac: 1.98.127.1230 - Console Version 1.76 The issue begin when the gallery came back from the scheduled extended maintenance which began on May 30th & Ended June 1st.

I have downloaded today's patch PC 1.98.1581020 & this issue is still happening. Image below with PC version number showing today's update has been installed.

This happens 100% of the time without fail. It does not matter if I am viewing my own catalog, another users catalog or filtering by any category in the catalog I am searching. Once the incremental loading scroll down reaches the point where the gallery should load new content to view the gallery instead repeats the previous content in a loop. This will happen 6 times before locking up & refusing to continue.

I also took video of this happening on my Xbox. Should I have made a 2nd post to say this is also happening on Xbox? Is that double posting or not?
