Infant food preferences no longer reset when going to CASfrom Manage Worlds and returning to the game.
Fixed in Patch 1.97.42/1.73

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Press on the "Help ... Explore Food" option after pressing on a highchair and look at the status next to the name on the food.
What happens when the bug occurs? The infants likes and dislikes have all reset and show as "Never Tried" after trying them and the infant deciding whether they liked or hated it. This bug happens after about 2 in game days.
What do you expect to see? The infants preferences remaining as they are until they age up and not reseting and removing progress.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
