@andrecontre93 What game version do you see in the lower-right corner of the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one? I ask because this error should have been fixed in a previous patch.

@andrecontre93 Interesting, I wonder why this error is back. If it's a game bug like the last time, EA would need to fix it.
Normallly I'd suggest a clean user folder. Have you tried one already, as in, removed the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts? You said you deleted all files, but I wanted to make sure that included this folder, which doesn't show up in a Spotlight search.

@puzzlezaddict yes, that is exactly what i did, tried it again today, but the error still appears.

@irishthanhy i tried that too, and it worked, but how did you move one of the sims back to the lot? i gues i will have to use cheats or the MCCC .
