Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I´ve placed a saircase with a L shape and my sims wont do up the stairs.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims dont go uo the stairs
What do you expect to see? My sims going up the stairs
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I've placed the staircase and after the first time with the problem, ives remover, everything that could be in front of it. also changed the chape of the stairs, do a U shared, and it didnt work neither. I dont know what else to do. I already tried everything and dont understand whats going on, ive decorated this house like every other ive done and never had this issue before...
The only thing it work was moving the staircase to the garagem just to test it, (here the floor is regular in all the rest of the house is a platform), and it worked fine. Could it be that the platform doesn't allow my sims to go up!? (or down)
and in one of my other lot "Central Square" thats happening as well and the staircase dont have any shape modification, but what is really bothering me here, is that in this lot, it was working just fine, and after installing the snowy espace it says that i can go up the staricase... but i already did it.... ☹️
