[FIXED] 'Silence Cell Phone' doesn't work
Silenced my sims cell phones... they continue to ring and receive texts.
No mods that alter the phone are in game.
Silence phone once again will silence your phone…- Um, you still receive the calls, you just won't hear them.

Fixed in Patch 1.30.103
