[FIXED] Sims can't become soulmates

My sims have 100 Friendship and 100 Romance, are married and BFFs and still won't become Soulmates. I'm trying to complete the Soulmate aspiration, but can't get past part 2 because you need to be soul mates. What can I do??

    Sims can progress to Soulmates after getting married as Lovebirds.
    • Did you know that lovebirds can be quite aggressive?
      • Care should be given, as well as lots of seed and water. And remember to clean their cage at least twice a month.

    Cautiously marking this as fixed with patch 1.24.102

    My sims having a similar problem. They have 100 friendship and 100 romance. They have become best friends and soul mates, but the game still won't let me past the "Love Handler" milestone because it isn't registering that they are soulmates.

    I'm having similar problems with other aspirations as well including Soulmate not triggering completion when relationship reaches soulmate status.

    I have this issue too.

    All y social aspirations are broken.

    The patch did not fix it

    I think I have a similar problem too. My Sims are already married, best friends, and soulmates, but I can't get those 750 points. Cheats don't work either. Help!

    I have the problem with the goal Achieve Soulmate Relationship with Spouse where it's not completed. This is on version 1.10.

    I'm having this problem too, but I don't need to complete the aspiration. It's just that is strange that they are married and best friends, but their relationship is stuck in complicated and only friends, not even lovers, because of their previous relationships.

    I have tried changing households, because there were like 7 different relationships status, and now I have those four. Maybe their relationship is too complicated 😃

    Soulmate aspiration - Aspiration won't register that my sims are soulmates, even though it says so in the relationship panel.

    Is there a way to fix this problem without cheats? I don't like using cheats.

    There are patch notes about the soulmate aspiration

    Sims that are soulmates prior to reaching the “Achieve Soulmate Relationship with Spouse” aspiration goal, will now auto complete that goal.

    • New and Improved Soulmate 2.0! …when your first soulmate just doesn’t cut the aspirational mustard.

    maybe the soulmate status isn't available for all sims.. they have to be sims soulmates..?
