@KatiePoo2017 Do you have any files in your mods folder other than resource.cfg ?

The detective career does seem to have issues with travelling to crime scenes and it's possible that the number also refers to a non-cc issue but to be sure, make sure you have nothing but the vanilla game (aka no mods/cc)

@crinrictNo other files in mods, i dont use them. I am going to try to repair the game again, maybe i will not bother with the detective career for now, will ea repair it? how do i report it to them that there's an issue with it? now i have a new error code - 102:85712702:5515bbec

    @KatiePoo2017 as written earlier in this thread, there are some known issues with the detective career. I've now merged this thread with the main bug report.
