What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except werewolves and Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play active detective career on Xbox one and try “traveling to crime scene” or “apb”
What happens when the bug occurs? It would load then fail and send me back to manage worlds
What do you expect to see? I expect the game to finish loading and to take my sim to their destination
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Please release a bug fix update!! It’s been a while since we had a patch!

Hello,
I come from the French Sims 4 forum this will be a copy/paste of my question there, call me desperate I guess.
For a week i've had this error code 102:3fe67e91:91c1f467 appearing whe starting my Sims 4 game. The game opens, I click on my household save, it loads and at the end of the loading screen I get this error.
I have updated everything i could update on my computer, I cleaned the cache, took out the mods, repaired the EA app, checked my antivirus authorizations... Nothing works.
I've been using windows 11, and the EA apps for months and never had this error.
Is this a known error ? Can somebody help me ? Or confirm this will be repaired in the next update ? I'm out of ideas..
