[GTW] Active Careers: Error Code: 102:<various Numbers>

Hello,

I come from the French Sims 4 forum this will be a copy/paste of my question there, call me desperate I guess.

For a week i've had this error code 102:3fe67e91:91c1f467 appearing whe starting my Sims 4 game. The game opens, I click on my household save, it loads and at the end of the loading screen I get this error.

I have updated everything i could update on my computer, I cleaned the cache, took out the mods, repaired the EA app, checked my antivirus authorizations... Nothing works.

I've been using windows 11, and the EA apps for months and never had this error.

Is this a known error ? Can somebody help me ? Or confirm this will be repaired in the next update ? I'm out of ideas..

@Sarahootp Can't find reports for the same error message.

Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods ?

Could you try if this works:

1. Backup your save game
2. Move the mods folder to the desktop
3. Delete the locatlhumbcache file
4. Start the game, load your household.
5. If you receive the error, try loading the household again.

If that still gives you an error, could you check if the game creates any lastException files.

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

    I did this, did not work.
    I've tried reparing the games on the EA app, did not work.

        I took our my mod saves, idk if it was the right thing to do but i took them out while I was taking out my Mods in the main Sims4 folder.
