I've tried reparing the games on the EA app, did not work.

    I took our my mod saves, idk if it was the right thing to do but i took them out while I was taking out my Mods in the main Sims4 folder.

      @Sarahootp I checked your save and saw that your Sim is in the detective career. I think this is related to the known issue so I merged your post with the bug report on it.

      I was able to load the family by loading another family first and the cycling back to the family in HOB.

      I would remove him from the detective career and play another career for the time being.

      EDIT: Attaching the LE I'm getting for this.

        @crinrict OMG !! The DETECTIVE CAREER ??
        I cleaned my PC for like 3 days in total, and couldn't play for 2 weeks just because of a detective career ??!! 🤣🤣
