[GTW] Active Careers: Error Code: 102:<various Numbers>

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So my Sim has moved up to the top level of the Detective Career (GTW). However ever since getting to Level 10, after issuing an APB the scene fails to load with the error "Game Failed to Load, Error Code: 102:200569d9:dffc69d6. It is recommended that you relaunch the game. This happens randomly. The first time this occurred, it was my Sim's third APB since moving onto Level 10 of the Detective Career. This also happened after removing all CC's and Mods and even when doing a new save. What happens when the bug occurs? The Desert Bloom Park in Oasis Springs will be labeled as "incomplete" yet when I enter it through Build Mode, all the requirements are present. What do you expect to see? My detective Sim in Level 10 be able to issue an APB and travel to the scene without any hiccups. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

So my Sim has moved up to the top level of the Detective Career (GTW). However ever since getting to Level 10, after issuing an APB the scene fails to load with the error "Game Failed to Load, Error Code: 109 (can't remember the rest)". And then what will happen is that the park in Oasis Springs (I assume that's where the game would bring my detective) would have an "incomplete" label, yet when I enter it in build mode, all the requirements were ticked.
So far I've tried:
- removing CCs and Mods, but the same happened.
- doing a new save, went to the top of the detective career. I got three arrests from other locations but the fourth arrest, the error code showed up again and Desert Bloom is labeled as "incomplete". Then when you enter through build mode, all requirements are present. (This new save trial also proves that it's not being caused by having 400+ played sims in one save because I tried a new save with only one played sim and the same happened).
Does anybody know of a similar bug/issue?

Yes, I gave up on the Detective career. I think it's because I have been in the same save for a long time. I have had different household's join that career over time.
Like when I first downloaded that pack, I had a female Sim join the science career, went to the lab, and decorated it with jars of space aliens, 6 generations later, I rejoined the same career with her 6 X grandchild. And all her aliens/space rocks/ gadgets were still there & I could not delete them.
So I'm guessing it's my own fault for playing in the same saved game for 30 generations. If I start a new game, I'm assuming it would all reset & start over, but I never have.
@KATHYLEE10893 So you didn't get an error when trying to stay late ? You just couldn't leave the lot anymore ? You mentioned that in your post from Mai
I'm sorry, it's been a few months now & I do not remember. I do remember having errors while trying to travel to or from crime scenes, I could not save at all during my shift, had to save before/after, and if I clicked the 'stay late' button I would be stuck there & could not save or travel home, I had to exit the game.
@KATHYLEE10893 No problem. I'm pondering to move your posts over to that other travelling issue but wanted to make sure it wasn't better off in the other thread.
Think it's probably best to just merge it with the travel one.
I have a situation where my sims are travelling and randomly I will receive Error Code 102:65a42c1f:b5a44c07 and a recommendation that I reload. I play entirely vanilla and always have so it's not a mod or cc situation. I've tried finding this error code on other forums but haven't found anything yet. Any idea what causes this code? it has happened when attempting to travel home after working at the police station, coming home after attending high school, and going to a store my sim owns. It's not every time and seems completely random.
