[IL] Sea turtles not appearing in Mua Pel'am

I think that you have to wait for a Baby Turtle hatching event notice to appear. Then your sim can go to the event and see the baby turtles hatch.

It occurs the Monday after you first receive notification that baby hatching season has begun.

I just checked and couldn’t see any turtles either. It is fully restored.

I checked in my game and the turtles are there, however my game is not updated to the latest patches, I am currently still with 1.104.58.1030. The photo was taken from the Key Point lot (the island).
If this is a bug, it popped up with the latest patches, but I cannot check at the moment, because I don't want to update my game yet.

I don't have any either on Xbox Series X. The water looks really strange without them swimming around. 🐢

I guess it isn't so by design.but a lot of players won't realize it. 

I've come across this issue because a user in the German AHQ mentioned it. Otherwise I wouldn't have noticed it. It isn't anything game breaking and there are lots of other bugs that need being solved.

The only turtles I can spot are in Lani St.Taz (don't know if it is called Lani St.Taz in the English version of the game).

@Gagea25 I'm on my fourth playthru of the Marine Biologist career. I have been looking for the last two weeks and I do not see any turtles swimming in the ocean in Mua Pel'am. One of my Sim's work tasks is to Survey Ocean Wildlife. In the past I was able to do this task by clicking on the sea turtles in the water. I can still complete the work tasks by clicking on the special schools of fish that spawn in Mua Pel'am, but those are all I ever see. I know for certain that on my previous playthru's of that career that I saw turtles in addition to the schools of fish. Something must have been changed.

Could someone who plays with no mods or custom content (or at least who can reproduce this with no mods or cc) please create a bug report?  I don't see one for this issue, and it seems worth reporting.

Travel to Mua Pel’am , Key Point is ideal. Check the surrounding ocean for sea turtles.

What happens when the bug occurs? The water looks strangely deserted apart from a few shoals of fish. There are no turtles.

What do you expect to see? Sea turtles.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

It's definitely recent and within the last couple of patches. I can't say specifically when it began and only noticed when another player mentioned it.
