[NEEDS SAVES] [HSY] can't ride together on rides on pier (1.103.315)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to the Ferris wheel/rides and trying to ride with others
What happens when the bug occurs? The Ferris wheel/rides is not allowing my sim to ride with others only solo
What do you expect to see? The sims are suppose to be able to ride together
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim is not able to ride the Ferris wheel with others and not allowing pictures with others at the Photo Booth

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I took a Sim I was WooHoo partners with to the Copperdale pier as well as a Sim I was friends with
What happens when the bug occurs? When ever I select the option to go on a ride with another Sim, my Sim says they cannot get to the ride as if their way is blocked
What do you expect to see? I except to see the two Sims go onto the ride to together like normal

Please describe the patch or change you made. I did not have this issue until the latest update: 1.109.207.1020 DX9 Before this update I did not have an issue taking friends on rides with my Sim with the exact same mods installed

This is a weird bug I haven't encountered before. It only started after this latest update as I was able to ride any of the rides on the pier with any friends without any issues with the mods currently installed, which is how I know it is not the mods causing the issues. I tried all three rides at the pier and each time my Sim said they couldn't go on the ride as there seemed to be a pathing issue, (image attached). However, my Sim had no issues WooHooing a Sim on any of the rides they just for some reason cannot actually ride the rides. I've seen this bug reported a 1-2 years ago, but no solution and this is literally the first time I've had this problem after using it multiple times before.

I can't ride any of the rides or take photos with anyone outside my household. If I go the pier with someone from outside my household, there's a routing issue. My two teenage sons went to the pier together (in the same household) and they were able to take pictures from the photo booth and ride the rides together.

A new save, a new household, same issue.

My teen Sim had a friendly hangout (Lovestruck event) at a national park lot (I replaced the default park with a new lot) near the pier. Couldn't ride any rides with my Sim and his friends. I added one of his friends to my household but wasn't able to ride until I canceled the event. Once the friendly hangout was canceled, I was able to ride with his friend as long as they were in my household.

Days later, my Sim went to prom and was invited to the pier afterwards. I went with friends and was able to ride the rides and take photos in the booth WITHOUT having to add them to my household.

No issues riding any rides at the pier if I was invited to the pier after prom, but if I try to visit the pier normally, I am unable to ride any rides or take any photos in the photo booth if the Sim is not in my household and no event is taking place.

I have the exact same problem. My teenage Sim can't use any of the rides on pier with another sim. I tried to move the photobooth and one of the roller coasters with the T.O.O.L. mod (like someone suggested in the old bug report topic), but my sim still says every time that something is blocking the path.
