Same issue here! I have all kits and packs (except for Journey to Batuu) and I’ve never downloaded any mods. My toddler’s movement milestones are glitched and he’s maxed movement but still doesn’t have the Learned to Run milestone. I tried the “testingcheats on” and “stats.set_skill_level skill_toddler_movement X” cheats to lower his movement level to 4. However it’s not working, though it worked in the past for other toddlers of my Sims.
Now both of my parent Sims want another baby and I want to age my toddler up, but I don’t want to do so if he’s still missing a milestone! Please fix this, Sims Team!

Still not working with the recent patch! Plus the game crashed on me while doing the event quests! Come on, Sims Team!
