What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Get to Work and Journey to Batuu and Kids Room
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy residential rental and wait for maintenance events
What happens when the bug occurs? Alert of maintenance event occurs, my Sim travels to the affected unit and completes all repairs, however the next alert says my Sim did not complete maintenance and that the unit rating has gone down
What do you expect to see? I expected to see the unit rating go up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
