I've done so many maintenance events and it still won't clear... I guess I need to give up the aspiration ☹️

    I'm not getting any maintenance events at all for owned properties. I'm only getting them if I play as a tenant but I haven't even had one as a landlord even though I've been playing for multiple Sim years.. Does anyone know a workaround for this? It's really disappointing as it is a key part of the gameplay.
