@crinrict I thought I'd switched to the 11 before but maybe not. I do have an Intel chip on my computer. Is there nothing I can do then? Just not use kitchen cabinets?!

@crinrict I just did some clicking around and was able to switch my game back to DX11 (my computer is compatible). It must have switched back to DX 9 because I could have sworn I was on that already. Anyway, I did that and opened up my game and it doesn't seem to be crashing with the cabinet selection for now *knock on wood*. What a weird bug though...

@crinrict Hello, I tried to see if I could replicate what they are experiencing because I also have a chip... here is my specs if that will help.
But I could not in any way get my game to crash using any of the cabinets.
The odd part in which I will submit a report, is like others are saying here... I too thought initially I was using -dx11, but somehow the game keeps reverting back to the dx9. I noticed this has been happening more than once. And as you can see my computer can handle the -dx11.
So when I first started testing the cabinets.. it was actually with dx9 with no issues, with dx11... all is working well there too.
I also run a vanilla game with no Mods or Custom Content. All drivers are updated.

- wasikm0075 months agoSeasoned Veteran@crinrict Thank you for letting me know. I was told I had a good gaming PC. and was really confident about my PC, until today. When I looked at the specs I gave, I saw "Chip". I know it's been a while... but back before HD came in, I always seemed to remember that Chip was not actually a solid graphics card. But today, it seems the terminology is all changed.
If I am wrong, please correct me, as I would like to learn.
