is anyone else having the following issue with the baby carriers? when my adult sims puts the infant in the carrier, they literally cannot do anything else while "wearing" the infant not even walk anywhere. as soon as the infant gets placed in the baby carrier, and falls asleep in the carrier for example, (my infant has the quirk where they have a strong preference to fall asleep while being held) a new future action for my adult sims immediately pops up that reads "take infant out of carrier" and any other actions i direct my sim to do gets placed after "take infant out of carrier" in the queue which leads my sim standing there for hours while the baby sleeps. i haven't read anyone else having this issue so any assistance would be appreciated. ty!
That's hilarious. But I'm having the same issues as this post too.
Yeah my sims do the "dumping the baby" move rather than just carrying them home. I'm guess it's because the "return home" command often triggers a run and they're not allowed to run with the baby in the carrier? But it's bad logic, the baby carrier should preclude them from running, not the other way around.
@nhostthegobodyThe carrier have been advertised to be use when running and I managed to do it, and infants get asleep when tired and mommy is running, so it is working, when sims dont want to remove the infant from the carrier 30 000 times a day lol.
