Personally I'm having this problem with all of the pre made lots, even the one that's empty, in Magnolia Springs.  The option doesn't even show up, I can either change the lot type or build, but there is nothing else available.  I checked to be certain that they were set as retail, there is no indication that they are already owned, but I get the same error on all of them when I go to purchase them

Same question do you. Are you using mods in your game ?

I am getting the same issue, it's the second day of having my store and my store money/points reset to 0. Can't open the store or transfer funds. I am not running any mods or CC. The reward I purchased yesterday did show up in the "family inventory" section of the store, though, so that was not reset. I also no longer have the option to set items as "for sale."

Can you save your game on the lot ?

Yes, I can.

For troubleshooting, I have tried saving/reloading my game, computer restart, repairing game in Origin, having my Sim leave the lot and come back to it, and restoring the game to factory defaults. 

Update: I tried a clean reinstall of the game and it did not fix. 

Willing to share your save game ? If so, please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\, upload to mediafire or dropbox and PM me the link.

It's a bit like you don't own the store anymore. The transfer money under the Sims portrait is gone.

I sold the lot and re-bought and it worked again afterwards but I didn't really play for long to see if it breaks again. You can sell the store through manage world.

Did you never have mods in or did you remove them ?

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

Without putting anything back or did you already start putting stuff back ?
