Does this happen for every lot ? Did you restart the game completely ? Does it also happen if you start a new game for testing purposes ? Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?
es it happens with every lot I replace and every lot I start custom building and I always start in new games! And I have restarted the game completely! Nothing ever changes!
