Re: [OPEN] [W] Werewolf sims missing initial temperament/not gaining fury

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the mens clothing kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a werewolf. They will not gain fury at all. Ever.
What happens when the bug occurs? My werewolf gains no fury so he can never do anything werewolfie like transform.
What do you expect to see? A werewolf should gain fury over time so they can do werewolf stuff.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

When I created my werewolf they had a sliver of fury in their little red glass bubble. As I played at some point the little glass emptied. I have been playing with this same werewolf for a week & did not see the fury grow EVER. I checked my game options settings & they were set to

Environment -> Lunar Cycle: 8 days
Set Permanent Phase: Disabled

Disable Lunar Effects: unchecked

Pack Settings-> Limit Werewolves: unchecked

My werewolf is living in moonwood mill. They moved in on Monday & it is now Sunday night & they have never had any fury gain past the little bit they started with that somehow disappeared. I have not played with werewolves since the pack launched but my memory of that experience was EVERYTHING gained fury. It was a full moon the day I started so I'm sure that was part of the problem. However after a few days I expected to see my werewolves fury gain so they could learn to transform. If they never learn how to transform I consider them to be broken & I don't want to play with them.

Looking at my settings am I doing something wrong?

What should make my werewolf gain fury?

They seem to always be happy & I'm reluctant to make them miserable just to see if that gains fury.

EDIT: I created a vanilla fresh new save, created a werewolf & after 3 days they started to very slowly tick up some fury. Not nearly enough to rampage though. But at least they did have a slow gain. Is the problem my save is bugged maybe or is my wolf just too happy for their own good?

@PipMenace YES! I think you are right. I started with no temperament at all. So I groomed my werewolf a BUNCH & he finally started to gain fury.

Also. If anyone else has this issue I restarted my computer completely & when I loaded back into the game my werewolf did have a slight bit of fury that was absolutely not there before.
