University Cafeteria Worker Not Showing

They were working as usual for a bit, but not my sim is reaching the end of her first semester and the cafeteria worker at her university commons has stopped showing up entirely.

I've also noticed that the university club events aren't always working either? Like, it'll say they are "happening now", but when you go to place it's supposed to be nothing is happening. Not sure if it's related to the above, but could be a spawning issue so thought I'd mention just in case. 

This is a fresh save with no mods installed btw, and my game has been updated (at least of since the I last opened the EA app). Just putting that here since the normal fill out foorm for bug report isn't showing up when I tried to make this post lol.
