I took a broad "out of the box" definition of Royality and selected two characters considered science fiction Royality. This castle is designed for the decaying urban environment they live in. Therefore the "lot" next door contains the remains of a building and various dumped garbage- there are certain items from the movie scattered about there from J.F.s apartment. The formal gardens are nearly all glass enclosed due to pollution and acid rain- only the hardiest plants can exist unprotected.
The front presents two entrances. One designed for true audiences with the Royal couple that leads to one of two waiting chambers with stairs leading up to the suspended throne room on the second level. Very close friends and family may also use this entrance when visiting the primary living space of the royal couple.
The second entrance leads to the formal gardens and a more public entrance that gives access to an event throne room and ballroom space. This is the portion of the palace most often seen but the general public. This entrance is also often used by the extended royal family as it leads easily to the royal apartments.

Looking down in the Public Throne Room/ Ballroom area- to the left are the first floors of the Royal Apartments. One is furnished for a brother to the Queen and one for a sister. The Duplex Apartment is the residence of the Prince and his governess (recently deceased). You can also see the kitchen/servants quarters in the more brightly lit area. One servant is the love interest of the Prince- he longs to leave for the Off World Colonies but his application has been blocked by the Prince without his knowledge, causing him to press on chasing the dream.

A view from the front entrance into the main building. Straight ahead is the dining room- living room to one side, library to the other.
