@MarkHarris17 all you need to do is move your mods folder out of your game folder
You can move it back later if you want the cc and mods in there

Go into the game once you have removed the whole mods folder and put your sim back in create a sim, any cc that he did have will be gone.

I never make sims having my mods with cc folder in because it always creates them randomly with cc items.
