The design and layout of The Claus Estate looks so very nice! The snowy outdoors ground texture and snowy roofing looks very nice! The topiary plants and snowflakes look nice either sides of the front gate. The clock tower is very nice! Very nice exterior design of the buildings! Sims will enjoy sitting on the tree stump seats around the bonfire. The outdoors Christmas trrees looks very pretty! It looks very nice how yiu have designed an ice skating rink! Very nice outdoors dining area! The white colour of the furnishings looks very Wintery. Sims will enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered tables eating food from the banquet table. The reindeer barn is very nice! The red colour of the walls looks festive. The reindeer stall looks great! Very nice furnishing of the living room! The red colour scheme of the room looks very nice. The wall paneling gives a nice look to the room. The roses and teaset are nice touches on the coffee table. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the red sofas and armchairs watching tv and warming up near the fire. The clock on the fireplace ledge and the coat shelves either sides of the door are nice homely touches there. Very nice kids playroom/toy workshop! The wall texture is nice.The teddies and other animals look very cute how they are placed in the room! Santa will enjoy crafting items on the woodwork tables.
