Thanks for the tag, @cbear13. Count me in, especially since I already started my build!
As for the questions that have been posted about color, I think we can all safely assume that as long as you stay within the family of one color, you'll be fine. As we all know, the SIMS4 is a bit unforgiving when it comes to matching exact hues and shades of anything. I plan to use the "Filter items..." found within build mode. I'll be setting it to black, white, and whatever color I end up picking when it's time to decorate. It's a great tool for challenges such as this.
