@Cbear13 I think starting out builders might feel more comfy with to different levels =) And, if you could sort me out and extra 24 hours in a day I don't mind which day it ends :D

This isn't really anything like under renovation...At least I don't think so. With under renovation you get a shell every week to decorate...If I'm correct, this is a themed challenge and could or could not have a shell or you have to build from scratch using that weeks theme? =)
