Under Renovation: Challenge 24 an empty shell lot size 40 x 30 to Renovate The Lighthouse project and I called it Pigeon Point Lighthouse Total cost of $189,752

I've entered this house in Under Renovation: Challenge 25 and with this Challenge we build our own house
This is the same green 50s house I only change the exterior and interior also It has a backyard with this one

Under Renovation: Challenge 26 By The Grid of 120 titles.
But we need to be careful, these titles will include our patio's veranda's (if any) our house can be single or duplex but our design focus has to be on newly weds or couples with 1 child.

Under Renovation: Challenge 27 Disaster-Proof pronterus created the shell for us to renovate and he's going to judge on the entries for this challenge which is going to be really cool
Lot price is not included in the budget of 45,000 so we can sell the things that pronterus put on the lots to give us more simoleons to spend
and I named Tropical Getaway
