Country Living is a very nice homely home! :) The outdoors areas are very nice! The flowers look pretty along the front edge of the home and the flower box windows and awnings are a nice touch on the front and sides of the home. The animal stalls look very great! The pig, rabbit and chickens and grass in the stalls look great there! Very nice fruit trees nook! Sims will enjoy harvesting fruit from the trees. The sunflowers look sunny there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan kitchen and dining area is very nice! The cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the kitchen walls and the brown colour of them complements with the green wall tiling. The gingham wall pattern in the dining room looks nice. Very nice island curved bar stool counter. The sunflowers are sunny on the counter for sims to enjoy seeing when cooking. The double kitchen curtains look nice! The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the dining table, the plates look nice on the dining wall, and the crockery display cabinet and shelves look very nice in the corner nooks. It is a very nice place to cook and dine in! Very nice living and study room! The floral wall pattern looks pretty and homely! Very nice fireplace alcove! The wall plates look nice placed on the walls either sides of the alcove. The pictures on the fireplace wall and the clock and flowers on the fire ledge are nice home touches there. Nice computer study desk area for sims to enjoy using the computer at the desk table whilst sunshine is coming in through the side windows. They will enjoy listening to music from the gramophone whilst sitting there. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv and reading a book from the bookshelf. The wall tiling and circles flooring in the bathroom look nice. Very nice master bedroom! The clothes shelf and mannequin look great in the room! Very nice basement bar room! The rock texture of the walls and the ceiling candle lights gives a great look to the basement! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table having a drink from the bar. The bar area looks great! The cabinets look great either side of the bar to create the nook and the drinks display shelves look nice on the wall.

Country Bed and Breakfast is a very nice homely place for sims to enjoy staying at! :) The hedging and flowers along the front of the building looks very nice and the birdbath looks nice in the midst of the flowers. The open shutter windows give a nice look to the build. The chequered patterning using the terrain paint looks very great! The hedge arch and bonsai llama look great at the entrance to the side garden patio. The outdoors dining side patio is very nice! The glass roofing over food and drink area looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the yellow umbrella covered dining table there in the sunshine eating and drinking food and drinks from the espresso bar. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! The reception desk area is very nice! The flowers in the desk counter are pretty for sims to see when checking into the venue. Very nice armchair and sofa seats sittng area. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv. The yellow flowers there look sunny! They complement well with the green colour of the seating. The books , tissues and photo are great homely touches on the wall table. Very nice fireplace dining area! The yellow colour of the tables and the green colour of the chairs looks nice together. Sims will enjoy sitting at the tables eating and drinking food and drinks from the buffet table and fountain. The wall pattern and colour in the bedroom looks nice calming. The picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when waking in the mornings. Very nice community bar and games room! The grey brick walls look great there. Sims will have fun playing chess, computer games and darts there. Very nice bar area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar and enjoying listening to music from the wall speaker. The drinks display shelves look great on the wall!

Fairtytale Cottage looks so very, very pretty! :) The exterior design and layout of the home is very nice! Very nice roofing! The wall textures look nice. The flower box balcony windows add nice looks to the exteriorl The roof covered bridge over the pond looks very nice! The pond is so very nice! The flowers, fish fountains , rocks and plants look so very pretty on the edges of the pond! The pink flamingos look great there. The cherry blossom tree looks very pretty in the build. The flowers look very pretty in and around the edges of the wishing well! The floor lights look nice. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the garden patch nook area The outdoors areas look so very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks nice. The display cabinets look great there and the shield banner looks nice on the kitchen archway. Very nice bedroom! The fireplace alcoves there and in the living room look very nice! The books and photo on the fireplace and the shoes rack are nice homely touches in the room . Sims will like storing items in the chest. The wall panelling looks nice. The living room is very nice! Nice armchair and sofa sitting area for sims to enjoy there in front of the fire, warching tv or reading a book from the bookcase. The collectibles look great on the side table and portrait, pictures and wall flowers are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The corner study desk nook is nice for sims to sit at the desk table and use the computer.

This house Plan is from (Plan2Build14) (Aussie Forums) but I didn't enter the comp but wanted to try it out as it looks interesting to build which I like to push my boundaries and try things out and this is the Style: Mediterranean/Spanish/Tuscan/South Western
