Navy Nest Modern Starter is a very nice home :) The roofing looks great and nice colour that you have used for the exterior of the home. The flowers look nice on the edges of the home. It looks very nice how you have placed the glass windows in the build . Sims will enjoy sitting at the windows corner study desk area,using the computer with the sunshine coming in onto them. Nice living room area for sims to enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv or reading a book from the bookshelf. It looks very nice how you have done the patterned floor rug there. It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets around the window in the kitchen. Great masterbedroom. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel there, and at the same time look out through the window at the outside views. Great upper balcony for sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening pot.
It is a very nice home :)

Yanti, I moved a new artist sim in and had approximately 3,500 left and bought the easel, light and a computer. There was some depreciation so I left the easel and light and took out the computer. One thing I did notice is you can raise the foundation one click with out having to add stairs, and save some money and get the same effect, :D

Clue Mansion Cluedo

Based on the Clue Board game the 1st floor has the layout of the game, I added 2 half baths to the back of the 1st floor because my sims were having a hard time making it upstairs. lol They can easily be removed by deleting 2 wall tiles.

It can be found in the Gallery under Origin ID sashraf1 or #clue #cluedo Have fun!

Your architecture and landscaping are very cool. I like that colonial feel in your architecture. Nice fountain are at the front too. I also like your backyard area. It is great that you added a swimming pool and garden, they look very stunning. Your interior and furnishing is very awesome as well. The interior layout reflects the board game well.
