What if this storm ends and I don't see you
As you are now, ever again?
A perfect halo of gold hair and lightning
Sets you off against the planet's last dance
Interpretation (well, a little story to go with):
As we ran from this new threat, I saw the strength in his eyes waver and fear creep in like a dark fog.
I pulled him close and touched his ragged, weather-worn face. Reassuring him that no matter what we faced we could beat it together.
We thought the storms were over.
We were wrong.
