Pacific love is very modern and airy and I don't think you have to worry about the garden. It mirrors the boxy structure of the house and with the empty plant boxes it is clear (to me) that it is ready for occupation and not a house that has been in use for some time. It migh tbe that not lived in yet feeling that makes you twitch? I love the little nooks and the green fences, such a big house is likely to belong to some important people and will cause curious looks from neighbours and strangers so the big green fences are very appropriate to make the inhabitants feel free to enjoy that garden.
