The design of Coastal Nook Starter as originally a lifeguard post is great! :) The remodeling to create a very nice home but at the same time retaining its origins, looks very nice! Very nice layout of the build! The gardening and art nooks on the deck are great. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the sea air and enjoy growing plants in the planters. The flag is a nice touch on the roof. Very nice furnishing of the interior. The colour scheme and the wooden wall texture looks calming. It is nice that steps lead up to an entrance door , and the cooking and dining areas is on that level, with the bedroom and living areas on the ground floor.
It is a very nice Coastal starter home! :)
