@Emo-usagi2187 I ignore the phone when it rings and just stop sims from using their phones when I see them doing it. I also recently downloaded a mod that is for no autonomous web searches or game playing on phones, so that helps. I'm not able to delete the phone entirely, unfortunately.

As far as the outdoors, I only play sections that fit with the Victorian theme. Most parts of Windenburg are the best, and the Willow Creek and Magnolia Promenade or okay, although not perfect. Brindleton Bay is good, too.
