Hooray! Oreo is clean but it took so many baths to accomplish because they won't pick up those ash piles. nor does it look like they are going to empty the trash. Have any of them tried to do it? It's odd that they aren't doing it. This might seem like a silly question but is there an outdoor garbage can on the lot? One that's considered an outdoor can?
