Fern Park is a very nice home! @LTCWoodward :) Very nice exterior of the home. The roof covered front porch looks nice! Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food at the picnic table in the sunshine . Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The brown and pink colour schemes of the bedrooms give a nice look to the rooms. Nice study desk nook area for sims to enjoy sitting there using the computer. They will enjoy sitting resting on the armchairs reading a book. Very nice dining area, It looks great that chairs are placed on the ends of the table as well on the sides. Sims will enjoy eating meals together.
