This is a fantastic thread with so many wonderful affordable family homes, I've thoroughly enjoyed looking through :)
Here is a modern suburban style home with Japanese aesthetics created for #BnS47. The Gallery cost is 37,500 and it was built on a 30x30 lot costing 2,500. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with a rear patio/garden :)
