Authentic Architecture
Hi Guys, I'm a passionate builder, and Simmer! I love playing just as much as I love to create homes. I can never stick to a Staple home for my legacy family, my tastes change. My Favorite, and my current is my Creole Town house.
This style is very classic, and typical in a New Orleans neighborhood, mixed right in with the smaller homes. Which at one point where full of larger homes. I'm doing a video series of my builds so you guys can get a sense of the space before downloading.
I keep my builds base game friendly, but not so much Budget friendly (My Sims have earned it fair and square). I don't fully decorate because I mix a lot of Maxis Match CC that some players may not have or want (I keep my downloads simple, so these are staple well used CC pieces). If you want a full Great experience, some mods are vital. I have listed all items to maximize the experience.
