- iguanaworldRising NewcomerWorking again!
- Not over a weekend!
- iguanaworldRising NewcomerAnd for the fourth day in a row we return to the "technical problems" bug and we cannot authenticate to the EA server. :-(
- Next time the problem arises, go to the EA support and report the issue. If they say it is a game issue then keep a copy of the transcript. Don't post it here as naming/shaming EA staff is not allowed but you can send the copy to me, @enigm or @EE_elepheterion.
Going around in blame circles isn't in the interest of anyone. "TBI1001;c-2211620" wrote:
If EA even once cared about its customers, they would not destroy the CnC franchise with the so-called CnC 4: Tiberium Twilight, a game that nobody but EA thinks is canon.
Also, they would make games that have high quality instead of just there to milk customers of more and more $$$. The promotion of all the new worlds (especially the Championship worlds) are basically there just to milk the crap out of people who have too much $$$. Instead of actually making the game better, they just make more worlds with the same problems.
Welcome to the real world! Capitalism is predominantly the way of the real world and EA fit nicely into that.- They're intended to help with problems logging in - the 'technical issues' you and others are experiencing are transient and related to EA's system of verification (I think) along with their multiple tracking cookies (far too many in my view) and maybe the internet load at the time either locally or internationally.

Yes, they do not help. Why don't the developers actually deal with it instead of this useless moderator?
Please keep education active and do not denigrate the rest of the forum colleagues.
Whoever tries to help with his knowledge to solve problems is not, in any case, a bad person.
There is nothing that the game development team can do about a piece of EA's software infrastructure that doesn't work.
And another last thing, the purpose of a moderator in this forum is not to solve all the technical problems that we have, but to monitor the correct behavior of those who participate in it. And no, they do not charge for that task. - How to contact ea support varies by country/region.
https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/ is the route for me in the UK, however it will be different for others.
When I use that I get a variety of options, including 'Origin'. Our game isn't listed!
As for how to prove it's you, I don't know but the main thing is likely to be the Password, old Passwords and email address as well as two factor authentication (in my case a sms message to my phone). - No, EA haven't forced us to change passwords! If you can't log in the system suggests logging out and then using the change password link. I did that for one account, an account I had just created. It didn't solve the problem for me at the time. The next day the changed password worked ok in the original browser. I've also had problems logging into Origin. The normal log in screen is probably actually linked to the same place as Origin to retrieve the data.
- iguanaworldRising NewcomerAnd another one more time...
Technical difficulties, password reset ...
Again technical difficulties, again password reset ..
Technical difficulties continue, yet another password reset ...
And go on for a while ...
In other words, if EA has technical problems, why are you resetting my password instead of fixing your problems?
