Modern Villa is a very nice home! :) It looks very nice how you have used the windows in the build! The plants are nice touches either sides of the front door. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. The layout of the home indoors and outside is very nice! It looks nice how you have done the staircase in the middle entry area of the home. Very nice living room! It looks nice how you have a stone work fireplace wall there, and the bookcases look great that you have placed them either sides of the fireplace. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there watching tv or having a read of a book. The flooring looks nice. The home looks a nice light filled for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in wherever they are in the home. They would have nice views of the outdoors through the windows. Very nice design of the kitchen! The grey and white colour scheme of the room looks very nice. Nice wall tiling. It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets! The island sink and bar stool counter is great! The fruit bowl, paper towel and condiments on the counter and the hanging pans on the kitchen wall are nice kitchen touches there. The fridge nook looks great how you have done it! Very nice outdoors areas! The layout of the outdoors looks very nice! It looks very nice how you have the outdoors covered over raised deck bed area! It looks very nice how you have used the spandrels there! The blossoms look nice on the bedhead ledge.The pool and the water fountains and rocks at the end of the pool are very nice sights for sims to see whilst laying in bed. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or resting pool side on the raised deck poolside seats. Very nice outdoors living arnchairs sitting gazebo! Sims will enjoy sitting in the outdoors air having a chat around the fire. It looks nice how you have placed the armchairs there. The stone columns, white flowers and arch and curtains looks very nice! It is a nice area for sims to enjoy being outdoors. Very nice outdoors bar area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar and a chat with other sims. It looks nice how you have placed the drinks display caninets on the wall. The white colour scheme of the area gives a very nice look. The stone columns look great there too. It looks nice how you have greenery topped roofs on the outdoors structures. Nice colours that you have used for the walls of the inside bedrooms. Great upper landing area. Sims will have fun playing games on the card table, and the outdoor retreat lights look nice there.
