Hello All! I make a lot of community lots for my game so I've decided to make a thread sharing them all here. I'll try to slowly post things I've made in the past as well as adding in newer items. My name on the gallery is EnchantedOatmeal and you can find my lots with the hashtag #ColdOatmeal.

The first lot to this thread is a recent build of mine called Municipal Shops. It is built on the Municipal Muses lot where the museum in Willow Creek was located. I made sure it fits in with the surrounding world and keeps the New Orleans aesthetic of Willow Creek.
Municipal Shops is a shopping center with an ice cream parlor (stocked with ice cream pints!), hair salon, collectibles shop (basegame only), plant and frog shop, paint studio, playground, outdoor gathering area, and a run down apartment. It uses Cool Kitchen, Greenhouse Kit, Strangerville, Toddler Stuff, Romantic Garden, and Get Famous (Anything else was definitely placed by accident). You can definitely easily replace all the items easily to make it base game only if you need to.
It is set as a retail lot and is full functional, everything already set for sale and the icecream already made.

Municipal Shops is a great shopping centre build! 🙂Very nice exterior design. The furnishing of each shop is lovely. The displays of the MySims in the collectibles shop is great! Very nice plants and frogs store.Sims will enjoy painting on the easels in the art studio. The hair salon design is very nice.
