Pool House Basement is a such a very nice home! :) The design and layout of the build is so very nice! It looks very nice how you have done both the above ground and the basement level! It looks very nice how you have done the four grassed sections! The placement of the trees and cacti plants there look very nice. Great tiki bar area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar and enjoy the nice setting. Nice gardening section. Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the garden boxes. It is nice that you have placed seats either sides of the garden boxes for sims to enjoy sitting their looking at the plants that they are growing. Very nice outdoors sitting and dining areas. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the meals at the picnic table or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table amidst the nice surroundings of the plants. The stone texture of the exterior walls of the groubd level area of the home is nice. Very nice design of the pool around these areas! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool. Very nice furnishing of the basement level of the home! The wooden texture of the kitchen, diming and living room walls looks calming. The kitchen and dining area is very nice! Great island bar stool counter. The yellow colour of the dining seats, stools and ceiling lights look sunny in the room. The circular floor rug under the table looks nice with the colour of the seating. The fruit bowl and condiments are nice kitchen touches in the room. Very nice furnishing of the living room! The brown and green colour scheme of the room looks nice, It looks nice how you have placed bookshelves either sides of the tv. The patterned floor rug adds to the nice look of the room. It looks nice how you have placed the books, picture and tissue box in the table behind the sofa. They are nice home touches there. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the seating there watching tv, reading a book and having a chat. Very nice bedrooms! The grey colour scheme of one of the double bedrooms looks nice. Nice study desk area in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting there at the table using the computer and reading a book. It is great that you placed the new gmome on the desk! The floor rugs that you have placed in the rooms of the home look great there. The wooden flooring through the home is nice. Very nice bathroom! The wall tiling looks nice. It looks great how you have placed the windows there, and that you have created a bath tub nook corner. The red, white and brown colour scheme of the other double bedroom looks very nice.
