Best speed for a speed build

What would you say is a good speed for a speed build with a voiceover?

I have never tried a speed build but I want to because I have discovered that filming a Let's Build takes way too long and isn't as entertaining as I'd like it to be. However, I'm not a fan of watching speed builds myself because all of the turning of the camera at high speed makes me feel sick. Maybe that stuff can just be edited out though?

Does anyone have any thoughts/recommendations?
