Bring back fiendishly delighted moodlet

In the sims 3 when an evil sim witnesses something unfortunate happen to another sim, that sim will get a positive moodlet called 'fiendishly delighted' for a few hours. I always found that moodlet hilarious when playing sims 3! This could be easily implemented for evil sims in sims 4. It can make an evil sim happy.
