ENTRY DETAILS: The new Bar for Shuck Frazer is built on the Caboose -lot in Evergreen Harbor. Although this is an industrial area, there are cliffs and a spruce forest nearby, as well as sea views from the front of the bar. Outdoor areas include a nice, atmospheric terrace, and a small side porch, as well as the backyard which has the barbecue area, and there is also an outdoor stage, so the backyard is well suited for organizing events. On the first floor is the bar area and there is also a stereo and the dance floor. There are also the public restrooms. The kitchen is located behind the bar, and from the kitchen is also an access to a small hallway which has access to outside and to the basement floor. The basement has the cellar and storage space. The second floor has a lounge where are comfy sofas, and there is also another stage. The second floor also has the bar owner's apartment, which can be accessed both from inside the bar and from outside. The bar owner's living quarters include an office, a small kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a balcony with a great sea view. The Bar has many fun activities such as a chess table, a game table and a dart board, and it's a great place for enjoying live music or comedy shows, as there are two performance stages.
