ENTRY DETAILS: Rosa Gardner's new home is in Tomarang on Hothotok Shore in the Kon Sahpa district, where they live a relaxed lifestyle with plenty of beaches and sunshine. The weather here is ideal for someone who wishes to live a sustainable lifestyle. Rosa's home is off the grid. She uses a windmill and solar panels for power. She has a rain collector for her water and the lot has a natural well, as well as the geothermal lot trait. This helps with her water and heating bills. The home is built with many recycled, crafted and refurbished items so she receives quite the discount on her bills for that as well. If she sells her extra water and power she should almost make money every billing period! Rosa has a greenhouse full of grafted plants of all varieties as well as an outdoor garden and vertical gardens for seasonal plants. She has bees which give her plenty of honey, an insect garden for her composting and a recycler as well. The modern A frame inspired home has a grass roof, helping to blend her home in with her surroundings; as well as a large skylight allowing the natural light to fill her home. Although Rosa loves lavender, it doesn't tend to grow naturally in Tomarang so she has plenty of pots filled with it around her yard. Rosa has also made her home a safe place for many birds as well as her rabbit friends.
