Oasis Business Park was designed and built by the Baker Design Office run by Gwendolyn Baker and her partner Rose Culver. The buisness park is home to multiple businesses including the main office for Baker Design. Other businesses on the lot include Mike's Micro Gym, DinoMite Play Zone, and Irma's Internet Lab.
