Backstory ~ Chloe is a free spirit with a love for musical creativity. Certainly a cutie but she doesn't focus on how she or others look. To her, the inside's what counts. She'd love it if her Simstagram exploded with fans because she wants to share her music across the globe. Fact is, everyone's happier when they're dancing like nobody's watchin'.
