"Confess to cheating"

I just want to know the outcome of "Confess to Cheating"

is the sim whose being confessed to, going to just get a sad / angry emotion and that's it? are they autonomously going to fight?
is the sim being cheated on going to hunt the insignificant human down and tear him/her apart?

I want this option back too. There doesn't seem to be any real consequences to cheating. I have some families where cheating is normal and I wouldn't want them to be affected, but I would love a confess to cheating option for the more monogamous relationships.

I liked that feature to but my sims tended to get in trouble anyways with leading a double life. There partner would find out somehow and divorce them or break up with them LOL

While I can appreciate this mechanic for, say, a polyamorous/romantic group of people, when it comes to this, I WANT consequences. I WANT her to get in trouble with her husband and have to explain what happened. I WANT the game to have him decide if it's worth breaking up the relationship by looking at their relationship score. I WANT him to question where his kids came from when they hadn't WooHoo'd for like two weeks! COME ON.
