Do you create themed neighborhoods? Show me!

I've been working on my Newcrest Shopping District. I've added a cinema (far left), a restaurant (center building with two billboards on the roof), an art gallery (far right), and some random cafe's and office buildings sprinkled in. I was able to use the runner from the Fitness Stuff Pack as a walkway so I could make these lots look interconnected. I plan on filling out the rest of the far right today. I just need some ideas on what to put there. I'll probably put a karaoke bar, but I'm not one hundred percent sure.
